Ryan Hader has such a poetic way of guiding us into and out of each pose by checking our own alignment and to feel what misalignment is like so as to know where one's body stands. I love the vocabulary that you use and the conviction in your voice. You helped me to genuinely believe that they I can achieve anything I want. You facilitate a meditative state through challenging classes and while people to their edge, but never beyond. Thank you so much for all that you have brought to me through this practice. I feel truly blessed to have met you and been able to take as many classes as I did.
